Repvyro
Closed beta version
REPVYRO is an adaptive training app. This policy describes what we store for an athlete account and why. It is written for the current closed beta and will be updated before public launch.
Your profile, preferences, readiness and training history are used to build and adjust your training, to explain those decisions back to you, and to show your progress. Account and subscription data is used to sign you in and to decide which features your plan includes. Feedback is used to fix problems during the beta.
Access is enforced in the database, per row, against your signed-in account. Another athlete cannot read your training data.
Duo does not grant access to a partner's private training data. A Duo subscription shares billing entitlement only. Your partner cannot see your workouts, logs, readiness, notes, personal records or Coach conversations, and you cannot see theirs.
The app runs on managed cloud infrastructure that hosts our database and authentication, and AI Coach replies are generated by a third-party model provider using the training context described above. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
When something fails we record a technical event so we can fix it. Those records contain the operation, the screen, an error category and a random reference id. They do not contain your password, sign-in tokens, Coach messages, workout notes or limitation text.
During the closed beta we keep your data for as long as your account exists. We have not set fixed retention periods yet, so we are not going to promise one here. You can ask us to delete your account and its training data at any time from Profile, and we will confirm when it has been done.
REPVYRO holds no security or privacy certification, and we make no compliance claims we have not established. This is a beta product.
